Benefits of Membership

Membership in ACAIA entitles you to:

• voting privileges in ACAIA elections and at the annual general meeting

• eligibility to stand for election to the Board of ACAIA

• free member access to ACAIA virtual events, such as workshops and webinars

• discounted access to ACAIA in-person events

• access to members-only section of ACAIA website [in development]

Because ACAIA is an affiliate of the International Association for Impact Assessment (IAIA), ACAIA members also enjoy the IAIA member rate when registering for IAIA's premier annual conference (savings worth hundreds of dollars!).

And, through a Memorandum of Understanding with the other Canadian affiliates of IAIA, including the IAIA-WNC, OAIA, and AQÉI (see Other Organizations of Interest under the Resources tab), ACAIA members enjoy member rates for events and courses offered by those affiliates.
